 Ilocos Sur and China’s Hunan Province to forge bilateral trade for development VIGAN CITY (October 3, 2007) - - - Governor Deogracias Victor “DV” B. Savellano has announced a “green light” status for the sisterhood relationship between Ilocos Sur and China’s Hunan province. This developed when Governor Savellano and Governor Zhou Qiang of Hunan Province of People’s Republic of China were signed a letter of intent for state relationship in a simple ceremony held last September 26, 2007 at Changsha, Hunan, People’s Republic of China. |
